Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the hair extensions have been opened, worn, or altered. 

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@bossbabeglamtique.com with your order number and photos for review.
